You'll just have to try them and see. Every barrel is a different animal.

Crosman 2100 - good choice - IMO that's the nicest of the mult-pump pneumatics in that price range.

JSB makes some of the best pellets in the world. I have used the JSB Diabolo Exact with great success. I have not used the Predator's yet so here are a few reviews.

Every airgun is different, sort of like a fingerprint there are no two exactly alike. You are going to have to try different pellets to find the one your rifle prefers. You can't just buy a pellet and say, this is the one. Airguns are sensitive to, pellet weight, shape, make, etc.

Some people have good success with Crosman Premiers. You might see how your rifle handles them.

With 8.2gr JSB Predators and your Crosman 2100, you're probably going to be a little over 600fps - 755fps is with BB's and 725fps is with light weight lead pellets.

    Crosman 2100 + JSB Predator(8.2gr) - FPE
    625fps - 8.2gr = 7.11fpe
IMO you need around 6fpe at impact, with proper hunting pellets and shot placement, for a sure, humane, clean kill.

    >>There are experts who say 3fpe is enough<<
    425fps - 8.2gr = 3.3fpe
I do not advocate this, I'm only adding the information.

The only way is to shoot them and see how they group.
I've tried them in .177 and .22 in my HW guns (German made) and they (the guns) didn't like them. Even at 15 yards, the shots had no consistency. Didn't group at all. From what my air gunning friends told me, even if they do shoot well in your gun, they won't shoot very well beyond 20 yards, not very accurate. But, only one way to find out.
